When...

After 2004, Tsunami in Asia, the World Organization Institute was founded to improve human organization.

Who...

Following the same principles, Antonio J. De Rosenzweig successfully transferred organizational technology from the field of massive events to the field of disasters and crises.

Why...

The lack of organizational understanding during a crisis or disaster,  is just a mirror of the organizational level in our daily lives at all stages and activities.

Background...

It is evident in almost every scenario that the traditional meaning of organization isn´t enough to manage variables in big scales due to the absence of the natural order behavior in its theories. Far more, people dedicated to organizational tasks are not able to understand what they are conceptually delivering, so in most of the cases they just agree to remain disorganized.

What changed...

Everything changed after we understood organization as continuity and the natural order behavior as the main source of study, which transformed the discipline into natural science.

After we begun understanding organization as continuity, companies, governments and international organisms started finding explanations to problems that have remained without it for a long time, allowing the design of proper solutions.

Such was the case of the "Organization" definition, the "disaster" or "crisis" definition under a systemic understanding, among others. Once we were able to conceptually understood what was each phenomenon, we started designing metrics which lead us to organizational methods, which lead us to definitive organizational solutions.

Today, the World Organization Institute work with companies, governments, international organisms and communities, diagnosing, measuring, forecasting and improving continuity indexes, through methodologies scientifically based.
