Organization understood as a professional discipline with scientific support on the sequential behavior of natural order:

It establishes Organization understood as a natural science dedicated to the study of organizational behavior of natural order in function of continuity and discontinuity phenomena related to the evolutionary mechanic of the universe. This is how the definition or Organization is born, understood as a set of knowledge that studies the organizational composition and behavior of natural order.

Universal Principles of Organization: Criteria that explain the laws of behavior of organizational phenomena in the universal order.

The Organizational Properties of Matter: Attributes of interaction of matter determined by its nature and evolutionary condition.

Organization Coefficient: Numerical interpretation system that allows to measure the behavior of the continuity phenomena along evolutionary processes of the systems.

Sequential Behavior Theory: Postulates that explain the states of an evolutionary cycle in function of the behavior of energy and equilibrium.

Universal Disaster Magnitude Scale: Numerical indicator capable of measuring the social impact of any type of natural and social phenomenon throughout its recovery process.

Conceptual definition on crisis and disaster: Changes the focus of human beings in relation to natural and social phenomena, allowing transformation in the disaster sector and crisis management.

Global Organization Method: Organizational structure that allows universal unification of terms and procedures during the collective coordination of multinational, multicultural and multidisciplinary activities.

CURRICULUM

As an organizer he has participated in state summits, papal visits, nearly a thousand corporate events, ranging from the organization of top management meetings to the development of global models of training, conventions, fairs, exhibitions and inaugurations.

Following the 2004 Tsunami in Asia, he founded the World Organization Institute in 2005 with the aim of transforming Organization into a professional discipline capable of offering organizational solutions based on scientifically based knowledge for complex scenarios.

In 2014 invited by the General Secretary of the OECD, Miguel Ángel Gurría, he participated in the High Level Forum on Risk where he contributed with the definition of Disaster. From there the Universal Disaster Magnitude Scale was designed as a guide for organizational management in these scenarios, able to transform the Crisis Management Sector through numerical references and objective criteria.

Currently under his direction the World Organization Institute offers the first professional certification programs for organizers, based on scientific research related to the organizational behavior of the natural order. He also works with companies and governments in the development of organizational solutions for complex scenarios.
